1. General
These Terms & Conditions govern all orders, services, and transactions with Print Miami. By placing an order, requesting a quote, submitting artwork, or making a payment, you agree to the terms outlined below.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on our website.
2. Quotes & Pricing
All quotes are valid for a limited time and may be subject to change due to:
- Changes in garment availability
- Artwork revisions
- Quantity adjustments
- Supply chain or material cost fluctuation
Pricing does not include applicable taxes or shipping unless explicitly stated in writing.
3. Orders & Payment
An order is not considered confirmed until:
- The invoice has been approved
- A deposit or full payment has been received
Payment terms will be outlined on your invoice. Production will not begin until payment requirements are met.
4. Artwork Approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork proofs before production.
Once artwork is approved:
- We are not responsible for errors in spelling, layout, colors, or design
- Changes may result in additional costs and turnaround delays
Final print colors may vary slightly from on-screen previews due to monitor calibration and printing limitations.
5. Production & Turnaround Time
Turnaround times are estimates and begin after:
- Artwork approval
- Payment confirmation
- Receipt of garments (if customer-supplied)
Rush services may be available for an additional fee and are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.
6. Cancellations & Changes
Once an invoice has been approved and payment has been made:
- Orders cannot be canceled without forfeiting the deposit
- Approved orders may incur charges for artwork preparation, screen burning, film printing, and garment sourcing
Changes requested after approval may result in additional costs and timeline adjustments.
7. Customer-Supplied Garments
Customers may provide their own garments under the following conditions:
- Items must be new or clean
- We are not responsible for defects, dye inconsistencies, or damage caused by printing limitations
- Overages or shortages may occur during production
Print Miami is not liable for the replacement cost of customer-supplied items.
8. Printing Variations & Industry Tolerances
Due to the nature of custom printing:
- Minor variations in color, placement, or size are normal
- Print sizes may vary slightly between garment sizes
- Screen printing, embroidery, and DTF processes each have unique limitations
Such variations are not considered defects.
9. Returns & Reprints
Because all items are custom-made:
- Returns are not accepted
- Reprints are only issued for confirmed production errors made by Print Miami
Claims must be submitted within 5 business days of receiving your order and include photos of the issue.
10. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by carriers or external factors.
Print Miami is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by shipping providers
- Lost or damaged packages once shipped (carrier claims may apply)
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
11. Intellectual Property
By submitting artwork, you confirm that:
- You own the rights or have permission to use the artwork
- The design does not infringe on any third-party trademarks or copyrights
Print Miami is not liable for intellectual property disputes arising from customer-submitted content.
12. Liability Limitation
Print Miami’s liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for:
- Lost profits
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Event deadlines missed due to external factors
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which Print Miami operates.
